Content coverage

We are working to provide curriculum data and lesson resources for all subjects across key stages 1-4. Production is expected to finish in Autumn 2025. We will notify API keyholders via email each time new content is made available.

Curriculum data

Currently, the API includes curriculum data for the following subjects:

• Art and design
• Citizenship
• Computing
• Cooking and nutrition
• Design and technology
• English
• French
• Geography
• German
• History
• Maths
• Music
• Physical education
• Religious education
• Science
• Spanish

Curriculum data includes key stages, year groups, threads, unit titles (in sequence order), unit descriptions, ‘why this, why now’ statements, prior knowledge requirements, national curriculum links, and lesson titles (in sequence order).

Lesson resources

Currently, the API includes all lesson resources for KS1-4 maths, plus a sample of lesson resources for:

• English
• Sciences (biology, physics, chemistry, combined science)
• Spanish
• French
• History
• Geography
• Computing (including computer science)
• RSHE (PSHE)
• Religious education

Lesson resources include slide decks (pptx), videos (mp4), video transcripts (plain text), worksheets (pdf), starter quizzes (pdf or plain text), exit quizzes (pdf or plain text) and additional materials (pdf).
